Meditative Practices
If we play a wave in slow motion, we are able to actually see how the wave travels and how it relates to other waves and other objects.
The same happens within our body.
Slowing our movement creates a space where our attention turns within ourselves and we can relate to our essence free from fabrication. The emotional blockages, hopes, fears and assumptions of ourselves start to crack leaving room for us to inhabit our body feeling home.
The meditative practices I teach are from the Kashmir Shaivism tradition and are based in the recognition of vibration and space within our bodies. This is an ancient tradition, 5,000 years old, that has been transmitted uninterruptedly heart to heart until the present moment.
